Job summary

Luxoft in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Murex migration specialist to bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role focuses on migrating trading, pricing, and risk functionalities within the MX.3 platform and ensuring validation of trade capture, pricing, and market risk workflows.

The ideal candidate has extensive Murex experience (3+ years in front office modules) and hands-on data migration expertise, ready to coordinate cutover activities and post-go-live

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in financial tech, with 4+ years on migration projects.
• Solid knowledge of IRD, FXD, bonds, repos, comm, equities.
• Hands-on experience with Murex MX.3 Front Office modules.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle Murex implementation or migration.

Responsibilities

• Bridge gaps between migration teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth transition of trading, pricing, and risk systems into or across the Murex MX.3 platform.
• Work with technical teams to validate trade capture, pricing, and market risk functionalities being migrated.
• Apply extensive Murex workflow experience covering trade life cycle, interface workflows, and error management.
• Support data migration activities: trade migration, static data migration, and reconciliation of legacy vs. Murex positions.
• Coordinate cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-go-live support.
• Propose enhancements to existing solutions using analytical and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Bridges the gap between technical data migration teams and business stakeholders (Front, Middle, and Back Office) to ensure a smooth transition of trading, pricing, and risk systems into or across the Murex MX.3 platform
• Working close with technical teams to ensure trade capture, pricing, and market risk functionalities are correctly migrated and validated.
• Apply extensive experience in Murex workflow covering trade life cycle, system interface workflow creation, confirmation generation, error management, and OSP.
• Support data migration activities: trade migration, static data migration, reconciliation of legacy vs. Murex positions, trade mapping.
• Propose enhancements to existing solutions using analytical and technical expertise.
• Coordinate cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-go-live support.

Skills

Must have

• The role requires substantial expertise in Murex, specifically 7 to 10 years of overall experience with 4+ years dedicated to migration projects.
• Solid understanding of financial products: IRD, FXD, bonds, repos, comm, equities.
• Strong hands‑on functional experience with Murex MX.3, specifically Front Office modules (Trade Capture, Pricing, Market Data, Pre-Deal/Post-Deal workflows).
• Experience in at least one full-cycle Murex implementation or migration project.
• Experience with data migration/reconciliation methodologies.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Murex 3.1., mxml, datamart reporting and GOM (Global Organization Model) .
