Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure construction supervision, engineering design oversight, project quality management, or related technical functions.
• Demonstrated experience in major infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, tunnels, drainage, urban development).
• Experience reviewing engineering studies and designs against standards and technical requirements.
• Experience in project quality management, inspections, testing, audits, and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of quality management tools, non-conformance management, and corrective action implementation.
• Experience improving project processes and supporting change management initiatives.
