Dar Al Riyadh Group in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Head of Project Management & Design to lead project management, design operations and governance across multi-disciplinary engineering assignments. You will drive design delivery from concept through detailed design and tender documentation, ensuring schedules, budgets and client requirements are met.

You will oversee senior Project Managers and Design Managers, implement robust governance, KPIs and performance reporting, and strengthen

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 20+ years of relevant professional experience in engineering consultancy, project management, and design management.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership position overseeing design and project management functions.
• Strong experience in operations, project governance, portfolio monitoring, and performance reporting.
• Extensive knowledge of multidisciplinary design coordination and project delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and decision-making skills.
