Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking an experienced Technical Manager – Project Controls to oversee planning, scheduling, cost management, risk analysis, and performance reporting for major infrastructure programmes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 15 years of experience in project controls, with hands-on use of Primavera P6 and EPM software to drive programme

• Minimum 15 years of experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, cost management, or risk management.
• Experience in cost engineering, quantity management, project analysis, and preparation of project schedules.
• Demonstrated experience using Primavera P6.
• Experience using Enterprise Project Management (EPM) software.
• Experience developing project performance dashboards and integrated programme schedules.

• Monitor project costs, quantities, schedule performance, and delivery progress.

• Support the preparation and review of project implementation and management plans.
• Use Enterprise Project Management (EPM) software to monitor and control project performance.
• Identify schedule and cost risks and provide technical analysis to support corrective actions.
