• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure construction supervision, engineering design oversight, project quality management, or related technical functions.
• Experience in major infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, tunnels, drainage, urban development).
• Experience reviewing engineering studies and designs against applicable standards and technical requirements.
• Experience in project quality management, inspections, audits, and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of quality management tools, non-conformance management, and corrective action implementation.
• Experience improving project processes and supporting change management initiatives.

• Review and evaluate engineering studies, design submissions, drawings, and technical documentation.

• Monitor project quality through inspections, testing, audits, and quality assurance processes.
• Identify and manage non-conformances and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.

• Coordinate with project teams and technical stakeholders to address engineering and quality-related issues.
