Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking an experienced Civil Team Leader - Urban Development to lead the technical design of civil infrastructure for large urban development and masterplanning projects in Saudi Arabia. You will drive coordinated road, drainage, and utility designs across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in civil infrastructure design for urban development, masterplanning, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical expertise in roads, highways, grading, stormwater drainage, and wet and dry utilities.
• Demonstrated experience reviewing and delivering civil engineering drawings, design calculations, technical specifications, and design reports.
• Strong knowledge of relevant civil engineering design standards, codes, and authority requirements.
• Proven experience coordinating civil infrastructure designs with other engineering disciplines.

• Oversee the technical design of roads, highways, grading, stormwater drainage, and wet and dry utilities.

• Coordinate civil infrastructure design with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated solutions.
• Identify and resolve complex civil engineering and infrastructure design issues.
• Oversee civil engineering design deliverables across concept, preliminary, and detailed design stages.

• Oversee the technical design of roads, highways, grading, stormwater drainage, and wet and dry utilities.
• Review engineering drawings, design calculations, specifications, and technical reports to ensure technical accuracy and quality.
• Ensure civil infrastructure designs comply with applicable engineering standards, design codes, and local authority requirements.
• Coordinate civil infrastructure design with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Identify and resolve complex civil engineering and infrastructure design issues.
