Job summary

The role oversees laboratory and field operations, drives staff development, and supports clients, tenders, and business growth in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction materials testing laboratories.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia in a Technical Manager, Laboratory Manager, or senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, laboratory accreditation, and international standards.
• Proven technical leadership and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction materials testing activities (concrete, soil, aggregates, asphalt, cement, reinforcement steel).
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, ASTM, AASHTO, BS, EN, and SASO standards.
• Oversee testing procedures, method validation, equipment calibration, and laboratory reports accuracy.
• Maintain laboratory accreditation and coordinate assessments, audits, and corrective actions.
• Manage staff competency, technical training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support to clients and contribute to proposals, tenders, and business development.
