Qualifications

  • 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in using computers.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in warehouse machinery handling and operational activities, including pre-delivery inspections and daily routine inspections.
  • Prepare and coordinate machines for customer delivery, ensuring all documentation and safety checks are complete.
  • Support spare parts inventory control and coordinate with customers regarding parts orders and availability.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct machine familiarization and operational training sessions for clients to ensure safe and efficient usage.
  • Develop proficiency in using the company's ERP system for tracking inventory, orders, and service records.
  • Complete additional work tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

As a Technical Engineer Apprentice, you will build practical experience across warehouse operations, machine preparation, technical support, and customer-facing service activities.
