Qualifications

• Proficiency in using computers.

• Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor's degree in Energy, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with machinery work and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in warehouse machinery handling and inspections.
• Prepare machines for customer delivery with documentation and safety checks.
• Support spare parts inventory control and coordinate parts orders.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
• Conduct machine familiarization and training sessions for clients.
• Develop proficiency with the company ERP for tracking inventory and service records.
• Complete additional tasks as directed by supervisor.

As a Technical Engineer Apprentice, you will build practical experience across warehouse operations, machine preparation, technical support, and customer‑facing service activities. The role offers exposure to both the operational and technical sides of the business, with the chance to support customers, work closely with equipment, and develop hands‑on familiarity with internal systems and service processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in warehouse machinery handling and operational activities, including pre‑delivery inspections and daily routine inspections
• Prepare and coordinate machines for customer delivery, ensuring all documentation and safety checks are complete
• Support spare parts inventory control and coordinate with customers regarding parts orders and availability
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Conduct machine familiarization and operational training sessions for clients to ensure safe and efficient usage
• Develop proficiency in using the company's ERP system for tracking inventory, orders, and service records
• Complete additional work tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to aerial work platforms, material handling equipment, or similar industrial machinery
• Experience supporting customers through troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating deliveries, or providing basic machine familiarization or training
