A leading contracting and construction company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Technical Director to define the technical vision and oversee all MEP engineering functions. The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience, including senior technical leadership roles. Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the overall technical vision, strategy, and governance for all MEP disciplines across the organization
  • Oversee mechanical, electrical, and public health engineering functions for all projects from tender through delivery
  • Establish and enforce company-wide MEP technical standards, design guidelines, and quality control frameworks
  • Provide executive-level technical leadership on major bids, tenders, value engineering, and complex project challenges
  • Support senior management with technical risk assessment, constructability reviews, and strategic decision-making
  • Mentor and lead senior MEP managers, ensuring technical excellence, consistency, and capability development across teams
