Job summary

Mannai TechHub, a part of Mannai Corporation, seeks a Cybersecurity Technical Consultant to design and deliver enterprise security solutions for government, financial services, and large organizations in Saudi Arabia.

You will lead workshops, run PoCs, and coordinate with Account Managers to tailor cybersecurity strategies, while ensuring alignment with NCA ECC and SAMA standards. 6+ years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering or related discipline.
• CISSP, CISM, PCNSE, NSE7, or CCIE Security highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise cybersecurity solutions including HLD/LLD based on customer requirements.
• Lead technical discussions, solution workshops, and demonstrations with customers and stakeholders.
• Plan, configure, and execute PoCs to demonstrate solution capabilities and business value.
• Manage technical responses to RFPs/RFIs and tenders ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Specialists to identify technical requirements and develop strategies.
• Provide technical guidance on cybersecurity architecture, product integration, deployment approaches, and solution compatibility.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with Saudi regulations (NCA ECC and SAMA requirements).
• Work with Product Specialists and vendors to evaluate technologies and maintain competitiveness.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and threats.

Technical Consultant – Security Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop enterprise cybersecurity solutions, including High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD), based on customer requirements and assigned technology portfolios.
• Lead technical discussions, solution workshops, presentations, and demonstrations with customers and key stakeholders.
• Plan, configure, and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate solution capabilities, technical feasibility, and business value.
• Manage technical responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and tenders, ensuring compliance with customer specifications.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Specialists to identify technical requirements and develop appropriate cybersecurity solution strategies.
• Provide technical guidance on cybersecurity architecture, product integration, deployment approaches, and solution compatibility.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with applicable Saudi cybersecurity regulations and frameworks, including NCA ECC and relevant SAMA requirements.
• Work closely with Product Specialists and technology vendors to evaluate emerging technologies, validate proposed solutions, and maintain technical competitiveness.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, vendor solutions, industry best practices, and evolving security threats.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Cybersecurity Technical Consultant, Presales Consultant, Security Engineer, or Solution Architect, preferably within the Saudi Arabian market.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise cybersecurity solutions for government, financial services, or large commercial organizations.

Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PCNSE, NSE7, or CCIE Security are highly desirable.

Skills Required:

• Strong technical expertise in cybersecurity architecture, network security, endpoint security, cloud security, identity and access management, and related security technologies.
• Hands‑on experience conducting PoCs, technical demonstrations, solution evaluations, and preparing technical proposals for complex cybersecurity projects.
• Good understanding of Saudi cybersecurity regulatory requirements, particularly NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC), SAMA cybersecurity requirements, and cloud security frameworks.
• Experience working with leading cybersecurity technology vendors and integrating multiple security solutions within enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, technical documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
