The ideal candidate will have 15–20 years of experience in institutional-grade logistics facilities design and delivery, focusing on best practices and regulatory compliance. This position involves working 2–3 days per week over a 12-month commitment.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in design and delivery of institutional-grade logistics facilities.
• Strong knowledge of utilities, infrastructure, sustainability initiatives, and ESG compliance.
• Proven experience with turnkey construction design and contract structures.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and guidance throughout warehouse construction projects.
• Technical review and recommendations during design and execution.
• Advisory on turnkey construction design, procurement, and contracts.
