Job summary

Qiddiya seeks an Assistant Manager - Technology Procurement to oversee the end-to-end sourcing of IT hardware, software, cloud services, and cybersecurity solutions. You will lead RFIs, RFPs, bids, and supplier selection while negotiating favorable terms and ensuring governance.

The role requires strong vendor relationships, spend analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, and IT to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of technology procurement or IT vendor management experience.
• Knowledge of procurement methodologies, contract management, and sourcing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full procurement lifecycle for IT hardware, software, SaaS, cloud, telecom, and IT services.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, bid evaluations, and supplier selection.
• Negotiate contracts to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Coordinate contract reviews with Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with strategic technology vendors and monitor SLAs/KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support budgeting, spend analysis, reporting, and market benchmarking.
• Track software licenses, renewals, subscriptions, and cloud consumption.
• Identify cost optimization and process improvement opportunities.
