You will lead a cross-functional team, manage schedules, optimize workflows with ERP tools, and report to senior management on performance and strategic initiatives. Fluency in English is preferred, with Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• Transformer oil tank production experience is required.
• Minimum 5 years of production management experience in transformer oil tank manufacturing.
• Skilled in workshop production scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site 8S management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure adherence to production schedules, utilizing ERP systems to track progress and optimize workflows.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes to meet established standards and specifications.
• Lead and mentor a production team with guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement using statistical tools to drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and supply chain to align production goals and resource allocation.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure material availability and minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment in compliance with regulations.

• Familiar with team management and problem rectification; able to collaborate with the team to implement systems and optimize processes.
• Strong sense of responsibility, adaptable to factory working schedules, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus but not required).
