Job summary

Qualifications

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Teacher Trainers with strong expertise in K-12 Mathematics and Science.

In this role, you will develop and deliver interactive, comprehensive training sessions that empower educators to effectively implement STEM/Math/Science programs in their classrooms. We welcome applications from current or former Teachers, Subject Coordinators, and Heads of Departments (HODs) who have a track record of educational leadership, deep subject-matter expertise, and proficiency in leveraging digital educational tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver High-Impact Training: Conduct engaging training sessions, hands-on workshops, and webinars for K-12 STEM, Math, and Science educators, delivered both online and onsite across Saudi Arabia.
• Content & Curriculum Development: Develop, customize, and regularly update high-quality training materials, presentations, and resources to meet evolving educational standards and Saudi Ministry of Education requirements.
• Targeted Coaching: Tailor training content to address specific needs related to STEM/Math/Science product implementation, inquiry-based learning, classroom management, and educator soft skills.
• Continuous Curriculum Alignment: Revise and create new course materials to ensure alignment with international and national STEM standards (e.g., NGSS, CCSS Math), current educational research, and best practices.
• Educational Trends Monitoring: Stay informed on the latest trends, technological integrations, and innovative practices in K-12 Math and Science education to continuously enrich training programs.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and client-relations teams to support the adoption and success of our educational products and solutions in local schools.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with teachers, coordinators, school administrators, and key educational decision-makers.
• Professional Representation: Represent the organization professionally at educational conferences, seminars, and industry events across the region, actively promoting our solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven teaching, coordination, or department management experience within K-12 Mathematics or Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, General Science). Experience as a Teacher, Subject Coordinator, or Head of Department (HOD) is highly valued.
• Location & Mobility: Based in or willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia, with the flexibility to travel domestically for onsite training sessions and school visits.
• Curriculum Expertise: Strong understanding of K-12 STEM curriculum standards (e.g., Next Generation Science Standards - NGSS, Common Core State Standards for Math - CCSSM, or equivalent national/international curricula) and inquiry-based teaching methodologies.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant scientific discipline (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, STEM, or related fields). Master’s degree or leadership credential is a plus.
• EdTech Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, learning management systems (LMS), and interactive STEM educational technologies/digital lab tools.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Communication & Presentation: Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and public speaking abilities, with a proven capacity to mentor and inspire adult learners.
• Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to work independently with excellent planning and organizational skills, adapting quickly to school environments and cultural contexts in Saudi Arabia.
