• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for trainees.
• Participate in and represent company at career fairs.
• Maintain and update trainee trackers and personnel files.
• Prepare trainee contracts and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Track trainee attendance and performance updates.
• Support TA-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
