Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end recruitment: post openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and records.
• Coordinate candidate with hiring managers and provide feedback.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Support onboarding for new hires.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
• Prepare reports and analytics on recruitment metrics.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
