Job summary

JAL International Co. Ltd. in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure the company’s IT environment, including servers, networks, virtualization platforms, cloud services, and security tools.

You will lead security monitoring and incident response, perform vulnerability management, ensure patching and backup strategies, and work with IT teams to harden systems and maintain high availability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in IT Infrastructure and Network Administration.
• 2–3 years hands-on cybersecurity experience.
• Proven experience with enterprise IT infrastructure and security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, operating systems, virtualization platforms, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Administer and support the organization’s network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
• Monitor system and network performance to ensure high availability, reliability, and security.
• Monitor cybersecurity tools and investigate security alerts and potential incidents.
• Perform security log analysis and support incident investigation and response activities.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely remediation.
• Implement and maintain system and network security controls, including security hardening and access management.
• Manage backup solutions and support disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
• Perform patch management and ensure systems are updated against known vulnerabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, network, system, and cybersecurity incidents.

• Support cybersecurity compliance requirements and participate in security improvement initiatives.

Job Title: Senior IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, virtualization platforms, cloud services, and cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure and network administration, combined with practical cybersecurity expertise in security monitoring, incident investigation, vulnerability management, and security hardening.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Network Administration.
• At least 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in Cybersecurity.
• Proven experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, networks, and security technologies.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills & Competencies

Systems Administration

• Strong experience in Windows Server administration.
• Administration of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Experience with VMware or Hyper‑V.
• Administration and monitoring of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Patch management and system updates.
• System performance monitoring and troubleshooting.

Network Administration

• Strong knowledge of switching and routing fundamentals.

Cybersecurity Skills
