Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing our enterprise server infrastructure and related systems. This role requires strong expertise in Windows and Linux environments, virtualization, network services, and security best practices, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of all critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• System Administration & Management:
• Manage enterprise-level operating systems including Windows Server, Ubuntu, CentOS, Linux, and RedHat.
• Install, configure, and tune systems to meet business requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance, apply patches, and execute system updates to ensure stability and security.
• Security & Access Management:
• Implement and manage security solutions for operating systems.
• Administer firewall applications and manage user accounts and permissions.
• Network Services Management:
• Demonstrate proficiency in basic networking and connectivity configurations in multi-environment setups.
• Configure and manage core services such as DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to operating systems and servers.
• Perform performance monitoring, root cause analysis, and error investigation to ensure system reliability.
• Administer and support virtualized environments.
• Documentation & Compliance:
• Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, procedures, and changes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
• Professional Certifications (Preferred):
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
• Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in system administration in an enterprise environment.
• Technical Skills & Knowledge:
• Operating Systems: Expert-level knowledge in managing Windows Server and Linux distributions (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Networking: Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and ability to configure DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
• Virtualization: Proven experience with virtualization platforms, preferably VMware.
• Security: Ability to implement OS-level security policies and manage firewall applications.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
