Job summary

Al Khorayef Group is seeking an ESP engineering professional to support electrical submersible pump projects. You will maintain standards, prepare project files, and provide technical input from design through testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Oil & Gas industry experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Codes and Standards for ESP product line.
• Prepare and maintain ESP project files for sales orders.
• Maintain customer specification files.
• Provide engineering support through assembly and testing.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities while maintaining quality.
• Ensure procedures and work instructions are correct and efficient.
• Keep BOMs accurate and updated.
• Improve processes to reduce product cost.
• Lead prototype process and testing in R&D NPI.
• Collaborate with R&D and Manufacturing on prototype completion and testing.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Maintain a working knowledge of all Codes and Standards applicable to Electric Submersible Pump ESP product line
• Support to prepare and maintain ESP project files for sales orders
• Support to establish and maintain a customer specification file
• Provide engineering support and expertise as required for ESP projects through the manufacturing assembly and testing process
• Learn to examine methods to reduce product cost while improving product quality
• Participate to assure that procedures and work instructions are correct efficient and applicable
• Assist to maintain Bill of Materials BOMs correctness and amend when necessary
• Assist to ensure that all work instructions are followed continuously improve and reduce the product cost effectively by improving the processes
• Serve to follow the R amp D New Product Introduction process and take the lead on the prototype process and testing
• Serve to liaise with R amp D and Manufacturing to complete the prototype completion phase trial testing and commercialization of the new product
• Update and amend all necessary Engineering documentation for further reference and distribution to all regions

Skills and Qualif i cations:

• Bachelor s degree Mechanical or Electrical in engineering
• Previous Oil and Gas experience is Preferred.
• Previous Oil and Gas experience is Preferred.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks Good command of English.
