Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• Six Sigma knowledge or experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Codes and Standards for ESP products.
• Support ESP project files for sales orders and customer specs.
• Provide engineering support through manufacturing, assembly and testing.
• Identify methods to reduce cost while improving quality.
• Ensure procedures and work instructions are correct and efficient.
• Maintain BOM accuracy and update as needed.
• Lead prototype process under R&D for new product introduction and commercialization.
