Job summary

GRG International Pty Ltd in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an entry-level Supply Chain Planner to support day-to-day operations across GCC markets, ensuring product availability in a fast-moving FMCG environment.

You will convert demand signals into supply requirements, monitor stock, track shipments, and coordinate with distributors, sales, and logistics teams. This role offers hands-on exposure to core planning activities and ERP data management in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience; internships or co-op experience is beneficial.
• Good Excel skills with a strong interest in supply chain operations.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a multinational environment.
• Fluent in English required.

Responsibilities

• Support supply planning by converting demand signals into supply requirements and tracking replenishment with global factories and hubs.
• Monitor stock levels daily and support corrective actions to address shortages, delays, or ageing stock.
• Track international shipments and coordinate with logistics partners on delays, documentation, and ETAs.
• Review inventory status, flag slow-moving or near-expiry stock, and support clearance and write-off documentation.
• Act as a cross-functional support contact for distributors, sales, and customer service teams on availability and risks.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP and planning systems and prepare basic operational reports.

An organisation in the FMCG sector is looking for a Supply Chain Planner to support day-to-day operational activities that ensure product availability across GCC markets.
