Job summary

NADEC Foods seeks a Fleet Workshop Supervisor to oversee workshop and fleet maintenance, ensuring maximum vehicle availability and minimum downtime. You will control maintenance costs and ensure reliable operation of vehicles and cooling/refrigeration systems, while keeping SAP up to date.

You will lead workshop teams, coordinate with service providers, and ensure compliance with TAMM, Bayan, and TGA fleet regulations in a fast-paced FMCG distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant Fleet/Workshop/Maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle cooling/refrigeration units.
• Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems.
• Experience managing workshop teams, workflow, productivity, and safety.
• Good understanding of preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maximize fleet availability and minimize vehicle downtime through proactive maintenance planning and follow-up.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance within agreed timelines.
• Manage workshop manpower, workflow, productivity, quality, and safety.
• Control maintenance costs while maintaining vehicle reliability and safety.
• Provide technical guidance to workshop and operating teams.
• Ensure effective maintenance of vehicle cooling units and refrigeration systems.
• Coordinate with leasing companies and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure timely completion and monitoring of TAMM, Bayan, TGA, and other fleet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accurate SAP updates and maintenance records.
• Monitor fuel, GPS, HHT, and other fleet-related activities.

• Control maintenance costs without compromising vehicle reliability, safety, quality, or appearance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to workshop and operating teams.
• Ensure effective maintenance and follow-up of vehicle cooling units and refrigeration systems.
• Coordinate with leasing companies and service providers for maintenance and accident repairs.
• Ensure timely completion and monitoring of TAMM, Bayan, TGA, and other fleet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely SAP updates and maintenance records.
• Monitor fleet-related activities including fuel, GPS, HHT, and operational equipment.
• Maintain vehicle condition, livery, workshop scrap records, and asset documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet/workshop performance reports.
• Coordinate with Sales and other functions to resolve fleet-related operational issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Automobile/Mechanical Engineering qualification or Higher Diploma.
• 2–3 years of relevant Fleet/Workshop/Maintenance experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of commercial vehicle preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Good technical knowledge of vehicle cooling/refrigeration units.
• Experience managing workshop teams, workflow, productivity, and safety.
• Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
• FMCG, dairy, food distribution, or temperature-controlled fleet experience is highly preferred.
