Job summary

NADEC Foods in Hail seeks a Fleet Workshop Supervisor to oversee workshop and fleet maintenance, maximizing vehicle availability and minimizing downtime. You will manage maintenance planning and coordinate with service providers to ensure reliability and safety.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of vehicle cooling/refrigeration units, ERP/SAP experience, and the ability to lead workshop teams. FMCG/dairy fleet experience is highly preferred, with a focus on cost control and regulatory

Qualifications

• Automobile/Mechanical Engineering qualification or Higher Diploma.
• 2–3 years of relevant Fleet/Workshop/Maintenance experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of commercial vehicle preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Good technical knowledge of vehicle cooling/refrigeration units.
• Experience managing workshop teams, workflow, productivity, and safety.
• FMCG, dairy, food distribution, or temperature-controlled fleet experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize fleet availability and minimize vehicle downtime through effective maintenance planning and follow-up.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance within agreed timelines.
• Manage workshop manpower, workflow, productivity, quality, and safety.
• Control maintenance costs without compromising vehicle reliability, safety, quality, or appearance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to workshop and operating teams.
• Ensure effective maintenance and follow-up of vehicle cooling units and refrigeration systems.
• Coordinate with leasing companies and service providers for maintenance and accident repairs.
• Ensure timely completion and monitoring of TAMM, Bayan, TGA, and other fleet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely SAP updates and maintenance records.
• Monitor fleet-related activities including fuel, GPS, HHT, and operational equipment.
• Maintain vehicle condition, livery, workshop scrap records, and asset documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet/workshop performance reports.
• Coordinate with Sales and other functions to resolve fleet-related operational issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality.
