We’re seeking a visionary architectural leader to oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of innovative projects in Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious director-level architect to lead high-profile initiatives, who has a strong technical background, working at the forefront of cutting-edge design and development in one of the most dynamic regions in the world.

Our client has over 200 staff across 3 offices, is working on 6 exciting projects in KSA and this office is responsible for the project management and business development in KSA. We're looking for a Studio Head to run, manage and maintain this office as it's own entity.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of 20-25 staff in the Riyadh office.
• Manage a portfolio of projects and key clients in KSA. Enforcing and maintaining overall company standards within the project teams and providing assistance to improve the overall performance of the practice.
• Business development and marketing of the KSA branch.
• Day-to-day running of the KSA office.
• Mentoring and managing staff members.
• Fee proposals.
• HR.
• Project Management.
• Liaising with senior management and other offices.
• Financial management.

Requirements

• Masters in Architecture and/or Project Management.
• Minimum of 20 years experience.
• Previous recent experience in the Middle East region, managing large-scale projects.
• Be able to demonstrate business development experience.
• Middle East experience essential.
• Can be based in UAE or KSA but trips to Saudi are essential.
