Job summary

Foodics is seeking a commercially minded, analytical finance leader to own FP&A and Investor Relations. This VP will partner with the CFO, CEO and Board, translating performance into decisions and building a scalable, AI-enabled FP&A function in a SaaS/fintech-driven company.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, and investor communications while guiding resource allocation and strategic initiatives. The role requires 12-15+ years in finance with CMA or CFA, advanced Excel/BI/SQL skills, and

Qualifications

12-15+ years of FP&A, commercial or strategic finance with leadership responsibility.
Active CMA certification or CFA charter is mandatory.
Strong understanding of SaaS and fintech economics including recurring revenue and margins.
Demonstrated current use of Claude in day-to-day finance work; basic AI exposure is not enough.
Experience presenting to Executive Committee / Board / investor audiences.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets; BI, SQL and planning tools are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Own annual budgeting, long-range planning and rolling forecasts with clear landing views.
Lead monthly performance reviews across revenue, ARR, gross profit, margins and OPEX.
Translate results into concise executive insights for management action.
Build driver-based financial models and scenario planning.
Partner with Commercial, Product, Tech, Operations and People teams to optimize resources.
Oversee governance of OPEX, headcount and CAPEX with clear accountability.
Prepare investor materials and manage communications with investors and lenders.
Drive FP&A automation and AI workflows to scale the function.
