Job summary
AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Associate / Principal Strategic Urban Planner to join its Planning and Urban Development team in Riyadh. The role focuses on delivering complex strategic planning, spatial planning, and master planning across the Middle East, translating economic and social needs into implementable planning strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or closely related field.
- Master's degree preferred for senior level.
- Significant experience in strategic urban planning and master planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic urban planning, regional planning, and master planning projects across the Middle East.
- Develop spatial frameworks, land-use strategies, and development frameworks.
- Analyze urban conditions, demographics, infrastructure, and environment to inform plans.
- Prepare growth strategies, spatial development plans, and zoning guidance.
- Coordinate with transport, environment, landscape, and design teams.
- Prepare technical reports, client deliverables, and proposals.
- Mentor junior professionals and manage project scope and quality.
