Job summary

Anotech is seeking a Site Program Leader to manage large-scale Data Center programs, coordinating EPC, OEM, General Contractor and customer stakeholders across regions. Responsibilities include overseeing construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of 50MW+ projects exceeding €100M.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree mandatory in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Master's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate within large-scale, mission-critical Data Center programs.
• Manage multiple stakeholders across EPC, OEM, General Contractor, and customer organizations in an international and multicultural environment.
• Deliver 50MW+ projects as part of multi-project programs exceeding €100M.
• Cover construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Provide leadership, governance, coaching, and functional oversight to Site Managers, Commissioning supervisors, HSE Managers, QA/QC Managers, Logistics Managers, and regional service teams.
• Work in close collaboration with program Technical Director and Global Program Director.
