Job summary

Skyro seeks a Sales Operations Representative in Saudi Arabia to support its SME Trading Credit business. You will manage supplier-referred SME clients, guide them through onboarding and deal processing, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely deal completion.

The ideal candidate will have strong Arabic and English communication, meticulous documentation habits, and experience with onboarding, compliance, and deal workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• 3–5 years in sales ops, onboarding, or account management.
• Proficient in Arabic and English, with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage client leads and accounts referred via supplier partnerships.
• Guide clients through onboarding and the full deal process.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to move deals from referral to completion.
• Maintain accurate client status, documentation, and deal progress in CRM.
