Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. seeks a Senior Program Controls Specialist to lead program controls across multiple, large-scale projects, driving cost management, scheduling, forecasting, risk management and reporting to executive leadership.

The role partners with project directors, finance, procurement and delivery teams to ensure governance, data-informed decisions and continuous improvement of controls across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Finance or related field.
• 10+ years in project or program controls, cost management and scheduling.
• Experience leading controls across large-scale capital projects.
• Advanced expertise in cost management, forecasting, budgeting and EVMS.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, SAP, Excel and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of program controls across multiple projects and programs.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, cash flow, EV, and performance indicators.
• Direct portfolio-wide forecasting, risk management and reporting to senior leadership.
• Establish baselines and measure scope, schedule, cost, progress and performance.
• Lead monthly reviews, variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Drive risk, schedule delays, cost overruns and execution issue resolutions.
