Currie & Brown is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Project Controls elements of a PMO for a multi-billion SAR gigaproject in Riyadh, KSA.

The Associate Director – Project Controls will govern and continuously improve all project controls functions across a large-scale development portfolio, providing strategic leadership for planning, scheduling, reporting, governance, and programme-wide compliance.

• Provide strategic leadership for planning, scheduling, reporting, governance, performance management, and PMIS administration.
• Serve as the client's senior SME for project controls; establish best-practice standards and governance frameworks.
• Ensure portfolio-wide compliance and drive executive reporting to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.

The Associate Director – Project Controls is responsible for leading, governing, and continuously improving all project controls functions across a large-scale development portfolio. The role provides strategic leadership for planning, scheduling, reporting, governance, performance management, project controls assurance, PMIS administration, business intelligence reporting, and programme - wide compliance.

The position acts as the client's senior subject matter expert for project controls and is accountable for establishing best-practice standards, maintaining governance frameworks, ensuring portfolio-wide compliance, and driving accurate executive reporting to senior leadership, executive committees, and board-level stakeholders.
