Job summary

Halliburton is seeking a procurement professional to plan sourcing for manufacturing and field operations at the plant level. You will create RFQs, organize competitive bids, and issue purchase orders in response to material requirements.

Applicants should have at least 2 years in procurement or production, with CPM certification preferred and knowledge of Purchase to Pay. Local procurement of goods and services will be part of the role, with supplier performance assessments involved.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a technical, business, or similar discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of procurement or production experience.
• Advanced procurement certification (CPM) preferred.
• Purchase to Pay knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan sourcing of goods and services to support manufacturing, field operations, technology, or project management plans at plant level.
• Create RFQs and organize competitive bids to obtain best quality, delivery, and price.
• Issue purchase orders based on material requirements from operations or projects.
• Assess supplier performance and manage local procurement agreements.
