Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group seeks an experienced Technical Manager – Project Management & Strategic Planning to oversee major infrastructure programmes and capital portfolios. The role combines PMO governance, strategic planning, performance monitoring, and portfolio reporting.

You will drive project management operations, refine governance frameworks, and coordinate data and reporting across large infrastructure programmes, aligning with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in project management operations, PMO, strategic planning, or capital portfolio management.
• Experience in PMO operations and project management governance.
• Experience developing and reviewing project management policies, procedures, and processes.
• Experience in strategic planning and capital portfolio management.
• Experience preparing and analysing project performance reports, KPIs, and management dashboards.
• Experience using Enterprise Project Management (EPM) software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project management operations within a PMO environment.
• Develop, review, and improve project management policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Support strategic planning and the management of capital project portfolios.
• Monitor project and portfolio performance against strategic objectives, schedules, and delivery targets.
• Prepare and analyse project performance reports, KPIs, and management dashboards.
• Oversee the implementation of project management systems and Enterprise Project Management (EPM) tools.
• Coordinate project data, reporting processes, and performance monitoring across infrastructure programmes.
