Job summary

Surbana Jurong invites an experienced Senior BIM/CAD Specialist – Roads & Civil Infrastructure to lead BIM/CAD delivery across major roads and interchanges. You will drive Civil 3D modelling, develop surfaces and alignments, and ensure coordinated plans and setting-out for complex projects.

The role requires strong leadership and hands-on expertise in road projects across the region. The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of BIM/CAD experience on large-scale infrastructure, advanced Civil 3D and

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Drafting, or related discipline.
10–15 years of BIM/CAD experience in roads, highways, and civil infrastructure projects.
Proven experience on major UAE and/or KSA infrastructure projects.
Advanced Civil 3D and AutoCAD skills, with strong knowledge of road modelling and drawing production.
Proficiency in Navisworks Manage and experience with ACC, BIM 360, or ProjectWise.
Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans, ISO 19650, QA/QC, multidisciplinary coordination, and CDE procedures.

Responsibilities

Lead Civil 3D modelling for roads, highways, junctions, interchanges, ramps, and access roads.
Develop surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, grading, cross-sections, and quantities.
Prepare coordinated plans, profiles, long sections, setting-out, grading, road marking, and signage drawings.
Coordinate road models with drainage, utilities, traffic, geotechnical, survey, and landscape teams.
Manage model coordination, clash detection, QA/QC, templates, styles, data shortcuts, and BIM workflows.
Mentor BIM/CAD team members and support digital delivery, resource planning, and automation initiatives.
