JASARA PMC in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Planning Manager to lead the development and management of project schedules for major civil infrastructure initiatives aligned with Vision 2030. You will drive schedule performance, resource planning, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely project delivery.

The role requires a civil engineering background, 8+ years of planning experience, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
At least 8 years of proven experience in project planning, especially in large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on improving project processes.
Excellent communication skills with the capability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
Understanding of project risk management and the ability to apply it in real-world scenarios.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain comprehensive project schedules reflecting timelines and resources.
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to drive successful execution.
Analyze performance data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
Lead planning meetings to communicate updates, milestones, and concerns.
