The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor or Master's in Engineering or urban planning, with at least 20 years of experience in significant initiatives and extensive knowledge of urban and infrastructure planning disciplines. Qualifications

• 20 years experience in related fields, such as significant national/international initiatives.
• Thorough knowledge of urban and infrastructure planning disciplines.
• Extensive international experience with preference for the Middle East, especially KSA.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of national and regional master plans.
• Oversee portfolio planning and project prioritization.
• Manage department's staff development and knowledge transfer programs.
