Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and governance of the planning and performance management framework.
• Monitor, track, and report on corporate KPIs and performance initiatives.
• Analyze performance data and prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for management.
• Support the preparation of quarterly, mid-year, and annual performance reviews.
• Develop and maintain corporate and departmental scorecards.
• Review KPI results and supporting evidence to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with objectives.
• Support reporting and presentations for executive management, committees, and the Board.
• Facilitate performance-related meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen organizational performance and accountability.
