Job summary

HCP Automotive in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Network Development Manager to lead national network planning for the group and collaborate with OEM partners to align facilities and standards with growth plans. Reporting to the General Manager, you will assess market coverage, identify expansion opportunities, monitor dealer performance and guide new and existing facilities across the Kingdom.

Qualifications

• Sound experience in the automotive industry, ideally within an importer, distributor or sizeable dealer group.
• Strong understanding of how a retail network is planned, developed and managed.
• Commercially astute, able to work with performance data and make well-considered recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead national network planning and development across the Kingdom.
• Assess market coverage and expansion opportunities; oversee dealer performance and facility development.
• Coordinate with OEM partners and regional offices to ensure retail and aftersales standards are implemented.
• Work with OEMs, franchise partners and senior management to align network evolution with business goals.
