Job summary

Aramco seeks a Maintenance Engineering Specialist to join the Maintenance Solution Department (MSD). The role focuses on developing, launching, and assessing maintenance programs across Global Manufacturing facilities. You will lead data-driven analyses, KPI reviews, and reporting to drive performance improvements.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 10 years of downstream oil & gas experience, with hands-on SAP CMMS and maintenance budgeting expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering from a recognized program.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant Oil & Gas downstream experience.
• Experience with risk-based processes and reliability-based maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance processes and management strategies aligned with GME requirements.
• Conduct data driven analyses to benchmark maintenance performance and identify gaps.
• Review maintenance reporting mechanisms and KPI trends to drive improvements.
