Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (or equivalent) required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant Oil & Gas downstream experience.
• Mechanical engineering degree preferred.
• Experience with risk-based maintenance: RBM/RCM.
• Proven expertise in maintenance planning, scheduling and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance processes and maintenance management strategy aligned with GME requirements.
• Perform data-driven analyses to benchmark maintenance performance and close gaps.
• Analyze maintenance spending, manpower, equipment, materials, and outsourcing strategies.
• Assist line maintenance in implementing approved programs such as RBM or reliability models.
• Demonstrate strong CMMS usage with SAP and spare parts procurement.
