Job summary

Naseej seeks a knowledgeable legal professional to provide advisory support ensuring company-wide compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will draft and review contracts, advise internal departments, monitor regulatory disclosures, and maintain governance and risk registers while supporting board activities.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Law, 2–4 years in legal or governance roles, GRC and IFSAH certifications, and strong English (B2+).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• 2-4 years in legal, compliance, or governance roles.
• GRC Certification and IFSAH Certificate required.
• English proficiency at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts and legal memoranda to safeguard company interests.
• Provide legal advice to internal departments for informed decisions and to mitigate risks.
• Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and regulatory instructions.
• Develop and update governance and compliance policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance and legal risk registers.
• Deliver compliance and governance training.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and respond to inquiries.
