A leading Enterprise Solutions provider in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Account Manager for their Riyadh office. The role involves developing new customer relationships, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth through strong engagement with clients and internal teams. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in IT, excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, and the ability to understand client needs. Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in Riyadh, specifically within the IT industry.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes in government and enterprise sectors.
  • Basic technical understanding of IT solutions (Cloud, ITO, MS, Cybersecurity).
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new customer relationships to expand the client base.
  • Manage and grow assigned accounts while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and margin objectives.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders aligned with client requirements.
  • Ensure successful order processing, delivery follow-up, and project closeout.
