RAFFLES in Jeddah seeks a senior finance professional to oversee the hotel’s day-to-day finance and accounting operations, supporting month-end close, budgeting, and financial reporting. You will collaborate with the Director of Finance and hotel operations to ensure accuracy and timely insights.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years’ progressive Finance/Accounting experience in hospitality, strong VAT/ZATCA knowledge, and proficiency with SUN/Opera/Micros hotel systems, plus leadership skills to

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• SOCPA membership or CPA/CMA or equivalent is an advantage.
• 5–10 years of progressive Finance/Accounting experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Luxury hotel experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, P&L, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Saudi VAT/ZATCA knowledge and local financial compliance.

Mansioni

• Support the Director of Finance in overseeing day-to-day hotel finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, management reports, P&L analysis, and performance reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing with accurate and timely reporting.
