Job summary

Tetra Pak is seeking a Government Relations Manager based in Jeddah to oversee interactions with government authorities and ensure full regulatory compliance in Saudi Arabia. You will handle licensing, visas, work permits, and related approvals, acting as the primary liaison with regulators and coordinating with legal partners in the region.

You will lead governance activities, ensure timely reporting, manage Saudization compliance, and supervise a small team including an admin broker.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Relations, Law, or related field.
Minimum of 6 years’ Government Relations experience in logistics, e‑commerce, or multinational organizations.
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations, immigration rules, and general compliance requirements.
Excellent communication in Arabic and English with stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with key government entities (MOHR, GOSI, MISA, Civil Defense, Customs, Chamber of Commerce, MOI, Municipality).
Manage licenses, renewals, permits, and legal documentation to ensure seamless operations.
Oversee visa, work permit, and residency processes for all employees and family members.
