• CPA or CMA certification desirable.
• 7–10 years of experience in financial control, accounting or auditing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial control frameworks and policies for ramp-up operations.
• Conduct financial reviews to validate accuracy and completeness during ramp-up.
• Monitor performance, identify anomalies, provide risk insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce internal controls and improve processes.
• Lead financial audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Provide training to finance staff on control processes and compliance.
