Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking a Finance ramp-up lead to drive the pre-opening ramp-up for a major asset. You will coordinate planning, budgeting and stakeholder alignment to ensure a smooth go-live and handover.

You will define the target operating model and workforce plan with asset leadership, while acting as hiring manager and coaching the Finance team through formation. This role requires strong governance and policy alignment within Qiddiya Finance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional ramp-ups in large asset projects.
• Strong ability to align Finance with asset leadership and go-live timelines.
• Proven track record in budgeting, resourcing and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Run Finance ramp-up for the assigned asset from kick-off to handover.
• Deliver ramp-up plan through planning and build aligned to go-live date.
• Author and maintain the ramp-up project charter (scope, timeline, budgets, risks).
• Define the asset Finance target operating model and workforce plan with asset leadership.
• Act as hiring manager during hiring, onboarding and coaching of the Finance team.
• Guide asset in adopting Qiddiya Finance policies and interfaces; validate deviations.
• Confirm data structures and system interfaces to QIC Finance.
• Run launch and stabilisation support at go-live and close with learnings documentations.
• Report progress and challenges to the Senior Ramp-up Manager and asset stakeholders.
