Job summary

Alliance Recruitment Agency seeks a senior financial leader in Medina to own budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. You will prepare management accounts, KPI dashboards and board reports, and develop rolling cash flow forecasts.

The role requires a Bachelor in Finance or related field, professional qualifications (CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA) and 8–12 years of relevant experience across finance, consulting or project-based businesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business.
• CA, CPA, ACCA or CMA preferred.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• Technology, engineering, consulting or project-based business experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Prepare management accounts, KPI dashboards and board reports.
• Develop rolling cash flow forecasts and optimize liquidity.
• Improve collections and reduce DSO.
• Analyze profitability by project, customer and business unit.
• Support pricing and commercial decisions.
• Monitor budgets and identify cost savings.
• Support investment due diligence and financial models.
• Improve ERP utilization and reporting automation.
• Ensure IFRS, VAT and audit compliance.
• Plan and manage bank facilities and company finance requirements.
