Client of Alliance Recruitment Agency is seeking a senior finance leader in Medina to lead budgeting forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting. The role involves developing rolling cash flow, optimizing liquidity, and improving collections while ensuring IFRS VAT and audit compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of relevant experience, with professional certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• CA, CPA, ACCA or CMA preferred.
• Technology, engineering, consulting or project-based business experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting forecasting and financial planning
• Prepare management accounts
• KPI dashboards and board reports
• Develop rolling cash flow forecasts and optimize liquidity
• Improve collections and reduce DSO
• Analyze profitability by project customer and business unit
• Support pricing and commercial decisions
• Monitor budgets and identify cost savings
• Support investment due diligence and financial models
• Improve ERP utilization and reporting automation
• Ensure IFRS VAT and audit compliance
• Plan and manage bank facilities and company finance requirements
