Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Experience in retail, distribution, or FMCG sectors
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, planning, and analysis in line with IFRS.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles aligned to strategic priorities.
