Job summary

AimGulf is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations within our Logistics & Facilities Management portfolio in Saudi Arabia. You will lead budgeting, consolidation, and financial planning aligned with strategic objectives, while ensuring strong governance and control environments.

You will drive cash flow forecasting, month-end and year-end closes, and deliver accurate management reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA is a strong advantage.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems, MS Dynamics, and IFRS standards.
• Knowledge of Zakat and tax requirements in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning aligned with objectives.
• Prepare and monitor financial statements, management reports, and leadership dashboards.
• Analyze variances and recommend actions to enhance profitability.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity, and working capital management.
• Direct month-, quarter-, and year-end closing with strong internal controls.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and manage external audits and regulatory requirements.
• Drive process automation and reporting improvements across finance ops.
